L.A.'s newest rock n' roll band causing the most chatter, yet with the least amount of live shows and music released, is Jubilee. The band, who have still to play a single show not only in their hometown, but even their native country, are currently wrapping up an extensive tour in the UK and Ireland. This tour was in support of their newest single, “In With the Out Crowd.” The single, just like their first, "Rebel Hiss", contains three exclusive B-sides that won¹t be available on any other release, including their upcoming debut album. Both singles are available as immediate digital downloads direct from the band at http://Jubilee.la.
The derelicts responsible for all of this noise are Aaron North on vocals and guitar (Nine Inch Nails, Buddyhead, The Icarus Line), Michael Shuman on vocals and bass (Queens of the Stone Age, Wires On Fire), Jeff Lynn on guitar and organ (Wires On Fire), and Troy Petrey on drums (The Icarus Line).
"I Don't Have An Excuse, I Just Need A Little Help,” is a b-side on the band’s newest single “In With the Out Crowd.” The song features Maynard James Keenan (Tool, A Perfect Cirlce, Puscifer) on guest vocals, Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) on programmed drumbeats, and Julian Gross (Liars) on "real" drums.
The band is now focusing on mixing and mastering their first full-length album, which will include even more guests on the drum-stool, such as:
