Phillies Remain NL East Leader
(Philadelphia, PA) -- J.A. Happ fired six shutout inning to lead the Phillies past the Braves 6-1 at Turner Field. Carlos Ruiz drove in a pair of runs and Ryan Howard had an RBI and also scored for the Phillies, who remain a half-game ahead of the Mets atop the NL East. New York beat Washington 9-7 last night. |
