Mother Faces Drunk Driving Charges With Kid In Car
(Canandaigua, NY) -- Ontario County authorities say a Canandaigua mother was drunk when she attempted to drive Sunday. Police say 33-year-old Heather Sue Russell faces child endangerment charges because her five-year-old son was in the car at the time. Authorities say they received a call that an intoxicated woman was trying to leave the parking lot of Applebee's restaurant. When deputies arrived, authorities say Russell backed into a patrol car, causing minor damage. |
