Linkin Park Packs It In
Linkin Park is unpacking as the band has announced the cancellation of several of their Music For Relief shows. Singer Chester Bennington recently suffered a back injury and is under doctor's orders to refrain from any physical activity. Bandmate Mike Shinoda admits this isn't the first weird injury the singer has had.
The group apologizes for the disappointment caused and states that refunds will be made available. The shows were arranged to help raise funds for the Sichuan area that were ravaged by a devastating earthquake in May. Even though the performances are canceled, the concert promoter and the group will both be contributing funds to Music For Relief that will also be matched by The World Bank. |
