Indoor Allergy Sufferers Increase With Cooler Weather
(Cleveland, OH) -- As the seasons change and the weather gets colder, something may be waiting for you when you go inside. Indoor allergies in the fall are as tough to battle as outdoor allergies in spring. Cleveland Clinic allergy expert, Dr. David Lang, says dust mites are usually the culprit.
Unlike seasonal allergies, indoor allergies can last all year long and could provoke asthma symptoms. Dr. Lang says the only defense is avoidance, but allergy sufferers can also frequently wash bedding in the hot cycle or talk to their doctor about allergy medications. |
