(Minneapolis, MN) -- Doctors at the University of Minnesota have encouraging news for stroke victims. They point to improved recovery rates when dual treatment is used. One procedure involves dissolving abnormal blood clots much like angioplasty in heart patients. The second involves drugs and the implanting of medical devices.
