Spears, who relates her life to being in jail, reveals that dancing is a great release and form of therapy for her. The "Womanizer" singer says, quote, "Sometimes it's an emotion you need to feel when you dance, that you need to touch."
The documentary "Britney: For the Record" is a culmination of footage accumulated by a camera crew who followed Spears for three months. Cameras accompanied Spears as she recovered from a meltdown and recorded her latest album "Circus," due out December 2nd.
