John Mayer's Bodyguard Bodyslams Paparazzi
Another case of bodyslamming bodyguards is making headlines. According to E!Online, when John Mayer became overrun with paparazzi outside a Beverly Hills restaurant Tuesday night, his bodyguard went above and beyond to protect his employer. As Mayer scrambled into his BMW, the bodyguard slammed a photographer to the ground and reportedly grabbed his throat. The bodyguard then got behind the wheel of the car and drove Mayer away to privacy. The photographer headed to the hospital to get checked out and, while he hasn't filed a police report, he reportedly plans to contact a lawyer.
Hollywood star Brad Pitt recently found himself in the clutches of an overzealous bodyguard. While attending the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" last week, Pitt was grabbed, spun around and pulled backwards by the guard in an effort to protect him from paparazzi. Pitt reportedly had a few quiet words with the bodyguard after escaping the guard's grip. |
