Avon Man Pleads Not Guilty In Death Of Friend
(Rochester, NY) -- A 19-year-old Avon man has denied driving drunk in a crash that killed his friend. Prosecutors say Aaron Boop was arraigned Wednesday on vehicular manslaughter and DWI charges stemming from the October 21st crash. Authorities say Boop allegedly lost control of his truck at Beulah and Vallance Roads in Wheatland. His friend, Nicholas Zajac, was ejected from the vehicle. Boop was held without bail. He pleaded not guilty. |
