Rochester Teen Indicted In Fatal Accident
(Rochester, NY) -- An 18-year-old Rochester girl has been indicted on upgraded charges stemming from a fatal accident. Police say Tia Gerster was behind the wheel during a March 28th crash on Ling Road in Greece which killed her passenger, 17-year-old Joseph Mueller. Gerster was initially charged with DWI but a grand jury has handed up indictments on additional charges of second-degree vehicular manslaughter and driving while impaired by drugs. |
