Incubus' Boyd A "Thriller"
The tributes continue to roll in for the late Michael Jackson, and Incubus' Brandon Boyd counts himself a fan as well. The vocalist tells Spinner.com, quote, "When I was in fourth grade, I wanted to be Michael Jackson as a zombie in 'Thriller.' I identified with the zombie version of Michael Jackson, so much so that for my fourth grade birthday party, I had a 'Thriller' birthday party and we watched 'Thriller,' the long version, like three or four times in a row and then we tried to imitate all the dances." Boyd says the zombie look is something that has stuck with him over the years and the zombie costume is always a favorite on Halloween. |
