Rochester Man Pleads Not Guilty To Teen Rape
(Rochester, NY) -- A 26-year-old Rochester man has pleaded not guilty to charges he raped a 17-year-old girl. Prosecutors say Michael Jones, a registered sex offender, allegedly assaulted the teen while she slept during an apartment party in southeast Rochester early Monday morning. Jones has been charged with first-degree rape. He is being held on ten-thousand dollars bail. |
