Drunken Driver After Bills Game Sent To Prison
(Orchard Park, NY) -- The 19-year-old Clarence man who injured four police officers and three pedestrians on a wild drunken ride out of Ralph Wilson Stadium is headed to prison. Prosecutors say Brandon McLean was sentenced to nine years behind bars for his actions after the Bills game on October 11th. McLean pleaded guilty last month to speeding out of the parking lot while drunk and high, injuring the seven victims in his path. The teen admitted to charges of aggravated vehicular assault, reckless endangerment as well as misdemeanor assault and DWI. He could have faced up to 25 years behind bars if the case went to trial. The judge rejected a tearful McLean's request to be sent to substance abuse treatment instead of prison.
