Rochester Woman Accused Of Improper Relationship With Boy
(Rochester, NY) -- A 21-year-old Rochester woman has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy. Police say Damaris Ilirraza allegedly had multiple sexual encounters with the boy who she was watching. Ilirraza has pleaded not guilty to a charge of rape. Prosecutors say while the incidents were consensual, the boy was not of the age of consent. |
